HCLTech seeks a Senior Administrator for Azure Active Directory in Madurai, India. The role involves administering and maintaining file and storage services, DFS, and Active Directory structures. Responsibilities include incident, problem, and change management, alongside integration and migration of ordering systems. Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow and PowerShell scripting is required.

Ansvarsområden

  • Administer and maintain Group & Project Shares via the central Admin.Net FSM webservice, including SMWS web servers, load balancers, central database, DNS/SSL certificates, and MQ queues.
  • Ensure the self-service ordering interface functions correctly for new share requests, sub-folder management, access requests, and Fileshare Owner approvals.
  • Select appropriate storage volumes for new share creation and perform manual provisioning tasks not covered by automation.
  • Maintain functional parity between decentralized Admin.Net Client and central Admin.Net FSM webservice for unmigrated sites.
  • Support naming-convention and governance compliance for decentrally-managed shares.
  • Operate and monitor Distributed File System (DFS) Namespaces and Replication.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute FSM onboarding for new locations, analyzing existing shares and access permissions.
  • Handle 1st/2nd-level incident tickets and 3rd-level problem management tickets for the FSM service.
  • Execute automated standard changes and manual changes requiring hands-on execution.
  • Maintain and improve the Admin.Net FSM webservice and its interfaces/systems, including vulnerability management.
  • Perform and document end-to-end (E2E) integration tests for webservice changes.
  • Coordinate with the platform team operating the ordering system to ensure FSM self-service module functionality.
  • Own the development and integration of an FSM module into a successor ordering system (e.g., ServiceNow).
  • Work with Data Center / Storage teams to ensure the Admin.Net FSM webservice's backend functionality and performance.
  • Coordinate with the client's FSM Service Owner on roadmap, standard changes, and service improvements.
  • Document planned and executed changes to the Admin.Net FSM webservice.
  • Maintain onboarding and operational documentation; provide operational reports.

  • ServiceNow or equivalent ITSM tool

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • IT-Shop or ServiceNow Catalog/Workflow development experience (for FSM ordering-module migration)
  • PowerShell scripting for file share automation and reporting
  • Data Center / Storage team coordination experience
  • Vulnerability management for file services
  • German Language (B2) — preferred for DACH-region support rotations (confirm with account team)
  • Preferred ITIL Foundation Certification
  • Microsoft Certification
