Ansvarsområden

  • Provide advanced technical support leveraging Global Account Management and Windows PC expertise to troubleshoot and resolve complex incidents.
  • Conduct thorough root cause analyses for escalated incidents and implement effective solutions.
  • Update and manage the knowledge base, train new team members, and coach analysts on best practices.
  • Resolve complex support tickets within agreed SLAs, collaborating with cross-functional support teams.
  • Enhance customer experience and maintain high Csat scores through first call resolution and proactive mitigation of security threats.

Krav

  • Advanced proficiency in Global Account Management and Windows PC Support.
  • Strong understanding of Access Management services and security protocols.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for training and collaboration.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • ITIL Foundation Certification (Optional but valuable).
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (Optional but valuable).
