Ansvarsområden
- Post daily cash receipts (lockbox, wire, speed pay, ACH) accurately and on time.
- Balance daily cash.
- Analyze customer payment history upon request.
- Process customer refunds.
- Complete internal task requests efficiently.
- Develop, issue, and file annual Form 1099s by IRS deadlines.
- Maintain sound internal controls and implement new ones as needed.
- Process setup and changes for third-party vendors.
- Respond to internal and external customer requests promptly.
- Provide timely and accurate data for internal and external audits.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements.
Krav
- BA/BS in Accounting or related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in cash application or accounts payable, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Proven organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and work effectively on multiple tasks.
- Demonstrated professionalism, including verbal and non-verbal communications, and emotional intelligence.
- Sound business judgment and decision-making abilities.
- Expert in MS Office, with advanced skills in Excel.
- Innovative problem-solving, research, and analytical skills.
- Strong evidence of personal initiative and willingness to learn systems.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and 10-Key accuracy.
- Ability and desire to work within and support a team environment.
- Strong knowledge of the financial services industry within a large multi-national corporation.
- English proficiency is essential.
