ABB is looking for a Segment Sales Manager (f/m/d) in Mannheim, Germany, to drive sales of Power Controllers within the Motion High Power business. This hybrid role requires achieving sales targets, developing new opportunities, and maintaining strong customer relationships, contributing to ABB's global decarbonization strategy.

Ansvarsområden

  • Responsible for the sale of Power Controllers in line with the industry segment strategy.
  • Reach qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenue, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the assigned segment.
  • Selling Power Controllers across Germany and CEU regions to customers, focusing on volume, mix, and profitability targets.
  • Establish and maintain effective customer relationships to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  • Perform regular status reviews and propose recovery plans for potential order shortfalls.
  • Create added value for the customer and ABB and ensures the effective outcome of transactions, contracts, and proposals using effective sales techniques.

Krav

  • Experience in Power controllers products, working in heating applications.
  • Degree in Engineering in an electro-mechanical field.
  • Availability to travel abroad (mainly in Central Europe regions).
  • Dedicated to selling and building relationships with customers.
  • Proficient in communicating in English and German.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • French, Dutch or Polish language skills are a plus.
