Saab is looking for a lead investigator and security analyst for their Surveillance unit in Solna or Göteborg, Sweden. The role involves coordinating security incidents, producing threat intelligence, and developing security functions. Ansvarsområden

  • Coordinate security-related investigations within Saab Surveillance.
  • Produce actionable threat intelligence for the business.
  • Develop and improve security analysis and investigation functions.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of security threats, trends, and the geopolitical situation.
  • Provide training and briefings to various levels within Surveillance and to partners/customers.
  • Define and develop working methods for security analysis and investigations.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain processes, methods, and tools for security analysis and investigations.
  • Cooperate closely with other security functions within Saab Group and other relevant departments.

Krav

  • Bachelor degree in political science, engineering, law, or similar.
  • Minimum five years of relevant experience.
  • Documented analytical skills, preferably within the defence or civil security sector.
  • Experience in performing investigations.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, verbal and written.
  • Excellent knowledge of the current threat landscape and the ability to foresee its impact on the company.
  • Trustworthy with high standards of ethics and personal integrity.
  • Comfortable with presenting analysis and advice to senior management in an international context.

  • Business and commercial understanding.
  • Documented business development skills.
  • High self-awareness, especially regarding personal strengths and weaknesses.
  • Interest in security requirements, both Swedish and international (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST SP 800).

  • Eager to learn and develop.
