Ansvarsområden
- Actively approach customers, identify their needs, and advise on solutions.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, priced, and fully stocked area of responsibility.
- Ensure IKEA basic merchandising standards are met.
- Convey passion for IKEA products and share knowledge with customers.
- Build furniture as needed for merchandising and remodels.
- Prepare, produce, and serve IKEA Food menu items, adhering to food safety standards.
- Receive inbound goods and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Flow product to its final selling location.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Provide customers with a simple and efficient Full Serve Hand Out experience.
- Offer a smooth returns and exchange experience for customers.
Krav
- 1 year of retail experience, preferably in the home furnishing sector.
- Experience in actively selling through understanding customers and their needs.
