I korthet

We are seeking a talented Scrum Master with Python and Linux skills to join our team in Kraków. This hybrid role involves facilitating Agile practices, troubleshooting issues, and cooperating with the DevOps team to improve CI/CD workflows. Proficiency in Linux, Bash, and Python is required.

Ansvarsområden

  • Facilitate smooth and efficient Scrum ceremonies.
  • Coach the team on Agile practices without micromanaging.
  • Perform investigation, analysis, and troubleshooting of encountered issues.
  • Cooperate within the development/DevOps team to help facilitate and improve CI/CD environment.
  • Develop competencies in a complex technical domain.
  • Use Linux, Bash, Python, Git on a daily basis.

Krav

  • Experience in Scrum Master role.
  • Good Unix/Linux competence.
  • Strong experience in programming languages: Python, Bash.
  • Knowledge of version control system (preferred GIT).
  • Strong analytical skills and creative thinking.
  • BSc/MSc in technical studies.
  • Teamwork and high level of communication skills.
  • English proficiency for international team work.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Ability to define technical requirements for DevOps infrastructures.
  • Basic software development methodology, integration, and testing knowledge.
  • Some experience in containerization (Kubernetes, Docker/Podman and Helm).
  • Basic understanding of at least one of the following languages: C/C++, Erlang.
  • Knowledge of virtualization concepts.
  • Knowledge of automation tools (preferred Jenkins, Spinnaker).
  • Experience in working in Agile methodology.
  • Advanced level of Polish language.
