HCLTech is seeking a Senior Technical Lead in SAP UX FIORI Development in Lucknow, India. This role involves leading technical teams in designing, developing, and implementing SAP FIORI solutions, enhancing user experience, and ensuring alignment with business requirements. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Fiori/UI5 development, BTP, ABAP, and ODATA, with strong communication and leadership skills.

Ansvarsområden

  • Lead and mentor technical teams in SAP UX Fiori development projects.
  • Design and develop SAP Fiori applications to meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical expertise.
  • Ensure solutions comply with best practices and standards in UX design and development.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in SAP Fiori applications.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in SAP UX Fiori development.
  • Provide technical guidance and recommendations for UX improvement initiatives.

Krav

  • Hands-on Fiori/UI5 development experience, at least 2 full-cycle implementation preferred.
  • Recent experience (in the last 4 years) working on Custom Fiori development and standard deployment of apps.
  • Detailed experience in developing Fiori/UI5 on BTP.
  • Knowledge of SAP ABAP and ODATA.
  • Hands-on experience of development on BTP platform.
  • Ability to convert business requirements to technical solutions.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle complex scenarios.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • 6+ years of experience with Fiori/UI5 development.
  • Working collaboratively with functional and business teams to deliver the best solutions and technical designs.
  • Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong background in functional analysis and requirements gathering.
  • Solid understanding of SAP.
