The Senior Consultant specializing in SAP ERP Sales and Distribution will provide expert consultation for SAP ERP solutions in the Sales and Distribution module. Responsibilities include understanding business requirements, configuring SAP SD modules, conducting system testing, providing ongoing support, and identifying enhancement opportunities.
Ansvarsområden
- Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into SAP ERP Sales and Distribution solutions.
- Design and configure SAP SD modules, including pricing, order processing, delivery, and billing.
- Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and user training.
- Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and optimization of SAP ERP Sales and Distribution systems.
- Identify opportunities for system enhancements, upgrades, and process improvements.
- Stay updated on SAP ERP Sales and Distribution best practices and industry trends.
Krav
- Proficiency in SAP ERP Sales and Distribution module configuration and customization.
- Strong knowledge of sales order processing, pricing procedures, delivery processing, and billing in SAP SD.
- Experience in system integration, testing, and end-user training for SAP SD solutions.
- Good understanding of business processes related to sales and distribution functions.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize SAP SD systems.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of ABAP programming language including basic debugging.
- Knowledge of EDI/IDOC functionality for SD Inbound and outbound processes.
- Familiarity with SAP SD module, Datastructures, Userexit, BAPI.
- Very good knowledge of English language.
Önskade kvalifikationer
- SAP Certified Application Associate Sales and Distribution, preferred.
- Process mapping skills and understanding of principles and techniques for process design with inputs, outputs and performance measures would be nice to have.
- Automotive experience, related to message exchange and data processing – Idoc message types and their processing.
- SD Scheduling Agreements, Summarized JIT calls, Delivery/Shipment processing, Basic understanding of materials planning for SD requirements in Scheduling Agreements.
- Understanding Smartforms, Analysing and correcting/enhancing ABAP reports.
- Define, modify, create process templates within SAP SD.
- Support the detailed design down to process step level.
- Customize the application, create and update necessary documentation.
- Setup functional specifications for Forms, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions and Enhancements.
- Improve and optimize application together with Business Key Users.
