Seeking a Senior SAP ECC Materials Management Consultant in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. This role involves providing senior functional AMS support for SAP Materials Management and Production Planning, ensuring stable procurement, inventory, planning, and production execution processes. Requires 5-10 years of experience in SAP MM/PP, including incident resolution, configuration analysis, and cross-module integration support.

Ansvarsområden

  • Resolve MM/PP L2/L3 incidents and service requests related to purchasing, inventory, MRP, production planning, production orders, BOMs, routings and stock movements.
  • Analyze and correct process issues involving master data, purchase requisitions/orders, goods receipt/goods issue, invoicing dependencies and material availability.
  • Support production planning activities including MRP run issues, planning parameters, scheduling, capacity-related exceptions and order conversion support.
  • Troubleshoot cross-module integration issues with FI/CO, SD, warehouse/logistics execution, EWM, TM and APO/SCM where they affect procurement or production.
  • Perform configuration analysis and minor enhancements while following change-control, release and regression-testing processes.
  • Support priority incidents in material management and supply-chain areas, including workaround definition, RCA and preventive action tracking.
  • Maintain process documentation for procurement cycle execution, inventory management, stock movement, MRP simulation, BOM/routing maintenance and exception handling.
  • Work with business users to validate data quality, reduce recurring errors and improve user proficiency in high-volume sites.
  • Contribute to automation candidates such as purchase order checks, blocked invoices, material master validations and process health dashboards.
  • Support transition KT, shadowing and reverse shadowing for MM/PP processes and related integration touchpoints.
