The Senior Technical Lead (SAP ABAP on HANA) will lead technical teams in the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of SAP ABAP solutions on the HANA platform. Ansvarsområden

  • Lead and manage a team of SAP ABAP developers in the implementation and enhancement of SAP solutions on the HANA platform.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Design, develop, and customize SAP programs, reports, interfaces, conversions, and enhancements using ABAP on HANA.
  • Perform code reviews, debugging, and troubleshoot issues to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards in SAP development.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP systems with other applications and technologies.
  • Stay updated with the latest SAP ABAP on HANA advancements and recommend innovative solutions to improve system performance.

Krav

  • Proficiency in SAP ABAP programming language on HANA platform.
  • Strong experience in developing and maintaining SAP solutions, including custom programs, reports, and interfaces.
  • Knowledge of SAP HANA database and optimization techniques for efficient data processing.
  • Ability to lead and manage technical teams, foster collaboration, and drive successful project deliveries.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders, team members, and management.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical issues in SAP systems.
