Amazon Business India is seeking a hybrid Salesforce Developer & Administrator in Bengaluru, Karnataka to manage and operate their production instance for 500+ users. This role involves technical development (Apex, integrations, Lightning) and platform administration, focusing on new feature delivery, internal tool integrations, and ensuring a smooth user experience. Prior experience in B2B environments, Python, Git, AWS, and Salesforce administration is required, with a Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Ansvarsområden

  • Manage configuration of Salesforce features including user management, security, custom objects, page layouts, validation rules, workflows, Flows, and Process Builders.
  • Own platform hygiene: environment refresh, notification announcements, AppExchange product management, and systems maintenance.
  • Manage Salesforce support requests and escalated administrative needs.
  • Collaborate with product owners and business stakeholders on major project roll-outs, including training and troubleshooting for end-users.
  • Monitor system health and proactively identify opportunities to leverage Salesforce in innovative ways.
  • Design and develop Apex classes, triggers, and batch jobs.
  • Build and maintain Lightning Components and Visualforce pages.
  • Develop and manage integrations with internal tools and AWS services using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Write and optimize SOQL/SOSL queries.
  • Implement JavaScript and Python scripts for automation and tooling.
  • Maintain version control (Git) and follow release management best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with security protocols including SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, and SSL.
  • Design and implement MCP (Model Context Protocol) integrations.
  • Build and manage Einstein AI Copilot (EAC) configurations.
  • Design, build, and maintain data models and data pipelines for Salesforce.
  • Partner with system product owners to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Document root cause analysis steps, findings, and recommended solutions.
  • Consult with stakeholders on application performance, scalability, and usability.

Krav

  • Experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment, high-tech products/services.
  • Knowledge of and proficiency in the use of Python scripting language.
  • Experience working with Git or an equivalent distributed version control system.
  • Experience in AWS services.
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Must have managed a Salesforce instance of 500+ users.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript.
  • Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) integrations or similar AI/LLM orchestration frameworks.
  • Familiarity with data modeling, ETL/ELT pipeline design, and data management within Salesforce ecosystems.
