Job Summary

About the Role We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Engineers to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will possess expertise in Salesforce’s front-end development using Lightning Web Components (LWC), backend Apex coding, and advanced configurations within Sales Cloud CRM. Additionally, candidates should have hands-on experience working with Salesforce AI capabilities, including Einstein, Agentforce, and Data Cloud. Familiarity with GitHub Copilot as a coding assistant for Salesforce development is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities Core Salesforce Development  Design, Develop and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Lightning Web Components (LWC).  Build interactive and responsive UI solutions aligned with business needs.  Ensure high-quality and scalable front-end code for performance optimization.  Design and Develop complex Apex classes, triggers, and batch processes.  Implement robust logic for integrations and Salesforce process automation.  Maintain coding best practices while developing secure and efficient solutions.  Deliver seamless integrations with third-party applications and enterprise systems (APIs, REST/SOAP).  Manage data migration and synchronization between Salesforce and other platforms as required.  Design scalable and efficient workflows using Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, and custom triggers.  Implement automations and custom logic to enhance CRM functionalities.  Manage Salesforce data structures and system configurations effectively. Salesforce AI & Advanced Features  Implement features such as Einstein Bots, recommendations, or Agentforce integrations.  Experience with Salesforce Einstein AI for predictive analytics and insights.  Hands on experience with Agentforce to build AI / GenAI based solutions on the Salesforce platform including with Salesforce Data Cloud .

Skill Requirements

Minimum 6 years of experience in software development on the Salesforce CRM platform.  Proven experience in Salesforce development with expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Salesforce Apex.  Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform configurations, including Sales Cloud and Flow creation.  Hands-on experience with Salesforce AI features such as Einstein, Agentforce, and Data Cloud.  Familiarity with GitHub Copilot, leveraging it as a development assistant in Salesforce projects.  Solid understanding of Salesforce security models, integration strategies, and data management.  Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II or Technical Architect (preferred).  Good to have: Secondary coding/technical skills in ReactJS-NodeJS, Boomi Integration

Other Requirements

1.Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II are preferred.
