Ansvarsområden

  • Manage salesforce administration tasks such as user management, security settings, workflows, and dashboards.
  • Develop custom solutions using salesforce apex programming language to enhance the functionality of salesforce platform.
  • Implement salesforce lightning components and features to create efficient and user-friendly interfaces.
  • Collaborate within team to gather requirements and provide technical expertise for salesforce projects.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to salesforce implementation or integrations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, production incidents, and performance bottlenecks in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders, architects, QA teams, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Krav

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, customization, enhancement, and production support.
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce configuration, including custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, workflows, and automation.
  • Hands-on experience with Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.
  • Experience in designing and implementing scalable solutions using Salesforce Flows and other declarative automation tools.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce security concepts, including Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, and Field-Level Security.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
  • Proficiency in data migration, data loading, and data quality management using Salesforce tools.
  • Experience with source control and deployment tools such as Git, Copado, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and collaborative development practices.
  • Must hold valid Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (PD1) and Salesforce Administrator certifications.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership of deliverables, and consistently meet project timelines.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Exposure to Salesforce AI, Agentforce, or Generative AI capabilities will be an added advantage.
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II are preferred.
