Ansvarsområden

  • Manage Salesforce administration tasks like user management, security settings, workflows, and dashboards.
  • Develop custom solutions using Salesforce Apex programming language.
  • Implement Salesforce Lightning components for user interfaces.
  • Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and provide technical expertise.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce implementation or integrations.

Krav

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, customization, enhancement, and production support.
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce configuration (custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, workflows, automation).
  • Hands-on experience with Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.
  • Experience in designing and implementing scalable solutions using Salesforce Flows and other declarative automation tools.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce security concepts (Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, Field-Level Security).
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
  • Proficiency in data migration, data loading, and data quality management using Salesforce tools.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, production incidents, and performance bottlenecks.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders, architects, QA teams, and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with source control and deployment tools (Git, Copado, Azure DevOps, or similar).
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Valid Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (PD1) and Salesforce Administrator certifications.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet project timelines.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Exposure to Salesforce AI, Agentforce, or Generative AI capabilities will be an added advantage.
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II are preferred.
