Sandvik is seeking a Salesforce Administrator I in Pune, India, to join their Digital Enablement team. This role involves managing Salesforce administration, including user access, roles, and profiles, as well as resolving support cases. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 1-3 years of Salesforce administration experience, preferably with Service Cloud.

Ansvarsområden

  • Act as tier one support for Digital Enablement, managing, resolving, and escalating support cases within the Salesforce platform.
  • Manage user access, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security settings.
  • Troubleshoot system issues, provide user support, and ensure smooth adoption of new Salesforce features.
  • Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and industry best practices.
  • Document configurations, processes, and best practices.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Krav

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201); Advanced Administrator (ADM-211) is highly preferred.
  • 1 – 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a strong focus on case management and resolution.
  • Experience using Service Cloud – managing cases and troubleshooting reported issues.
  • Proficiency in managing users, roles, profiles, and permission sets in Salesforce.
  • Strong experience with reports, dashboards, and data analysis within Salesforce.
  • Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools or automation, or a demonstrated ability to rapidly learn and apply such technologies.
