Ansvarsområden

  • Drive sales growth by understanding customer needs, analyzing the local market, and monitoring competition.
  • Ensure co-workers have the right knowledge of product range, services, and home furnishing expertise to actively sell.
  • Maintain excellent shop presentation and ensure efficient stocking of the IKEA product range.
  • Oversee daily operations of the sales floor team to secure consistent range presentation and customer experience.
  • Execute central solutions and continuously improve local ways of working.
  • Analyze sales data to identify improvement opportunities and implement strategies.
  • Manage cooking and eating, textiles, and bathrooms departments.

  • Enthusiastic about home furnishings and customer-focused.
  • Skilled in understanding customer behavior and applying this knowledge to influence sales and service strategies.
  • Proactive in seeking ways to simplify processes and reduce unnecessary costs.
  • Driven to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Availability to work a rotating roster with day and evening shifts, including alternating weekend shifts.
