Responsibilities
- Advise architectural professionals on the design and specification of door openings.
- Utilize BIM software (Openings Studio) to specify 3D doors, hardware, and access control.
- Cultivate strategic relationships with architectural design team influencers and specifiers.
- Prepare door and hardware specifications.
- Deliver continuing educational programs highlighting new products and solutions.
- Assist with product substitution and approval procedures.
- Utilize Salesforce.com for customer relationship, project tracking, and time management.

Desired Qualifications
- College/University degree (preference for specialization in architectural, design/engineering/drafting, construction science/management, business, or similar), or work experience commensurate with a minimum high school/GED diploma.
- At least 2-3 years of industry-related experience in architectural representation, specification writing, or Design-Build construction management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Utilization and maintenance of CRM tools for sales and activity reporting.
- Working knowledge of industry-related software is a plus.
