ASSA ABLOY is looking for an Architectural Sales Representative in San Diego, CA, to advise architectural professionals on door opening solutions using BIM software. This role involves cultivating relationships, preparing specifications, delivering educational programs, and utilizing CRM tools.

Ansvarsområden

  • Advise architectural professionals on the design and specification of door openings.
  • Utilize BIM software (Openings Studio) to specify 3D doors, hardware, and access control.
  • Cultivate strategic relationships with architectural design team influencers and specifiers.
  • Prepare door and hardware specifications.
  • Deliver continuing educational programs highlighting new products and solutions.
  • Assist with product substitution and approval procedures.
  • Utilize Salesforce.com for customer relationship, project tracking, and time management.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • College/University degree (preference for specialization in architectural, design/engineering/drafting, construction science/management, business, or similar), or work experience commensurate with a minimum high school/GED diploma.
  • At least 2-3 years of industry-related experience in architectural representation, specification writing, or Design-Build construction management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Utilization and maintenance of CRM tools for sales and activity reporting.
  • Working knowledge of industry-related software is a plus.
