Ansvarsområden

Define, design, launch, and manage new products and programs for Amazon Shipping.
Gather requirements and conceptualize solutions to business and shipper problems.
Monitor key metrics and drive actions with stakeholder teams to achieve goals.
Manage daily/weekly performance and work on continuous process improvements.
Launch and expand the program as per business requirements, owning the product roadmap.
Conduct industry benchmarking and shipper studies to understand prospective shipper needs.
Use customer feedback, competitive analysis, and business metrics for decision-making.
Set up and manage end-to-end operational, performance measurement, and customer satisfaction processes.
Partner with Program, Operations, and Tech teams.
Solve complex logistics challenges.
Leverage existing transportation network for external shippers.

Krav

6+ years of sales experience.
8+ years of digital sales, account management, business development, or partner management experience.
Experience and understanding of the retail and wholesale landscape in India.
Exposure to prior interactions with sellers and distributors.
Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers.
Experience managing and growing complex business relationships at scale.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Experience personally closing large complex deals end-to-end.
Experience developing and executing sales strategies, tactics, plans, processes, systems, and programs.
