Ansvarsområden

  • Lead, coach, and develop the Process Thermal Service sales team.
  • Drive accountability to sales plans, forecasting, and pipeline management.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies, customer segmentation plans, and growth initiatives.
  • Expand market share and maximize opportunities within the installed base.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Deliver superior customer experiences and achieve sustainable sales growth.

Krav

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in business development, sales leadership, and people management.
  • Experience in industrial service sales, heat exchange technologies, or related process industries (chemicals, refineries, power generation, Oil & Gas).
