Ansvarsområden
- Develop new sales opportunities and strengthen existing customer relationships.
- Understand customer processes and recommend appropriate separation equipment and systems.
- Visit customer sites to assess requirements and demonstrate solutions.
- Manage the commercial process from initial discussion to closing the deal.
- Collaborate with application engineers, product managers, and service teams.
- Represent Alfa Laval at industry events and trade shows.
Krav
- Degree in Chemical, Process, Mechanical, Biotechnology, Food Technology Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical sales, application engineering, business development, or process engineering.
- Experience with industrial process equipment, ideally separation technologies.
- Regular travel across Poland (3-4 days per week).
- Valid Category B driving licence.
- Professional fluency in Polish and English.
Önskade kvalifikationer
- Knowledge of separation technologies such as centrifuges, decanters, or filtration systems is a strong advantage.
- Enjoy understanding how things work and solving real process challenges.
- Comfortable moving between technical and commercial conversations.
- Curiosity to understand customer processes in detail.
- Commercially minded.
