This role involves developing and managing OEM sales and marketing activities, acquiring new customers, and expanding existing accounts to achieve sales targets. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field and at least 3 years of sales experience in industrial equipment.
Ansvarsområden
- Develop and manage OEM sales and marketing activities within the assigned territory.
- Acquire new customers and maintain/expand existing accounts.
- Achieve or exceed assigned sales and business growth targets.
- Identify and recommend Atlas Copco solutions that best meet customer requirements.
- Evaluate business development strategies and recommend actions to enhance sales performance.
- Work closely with local distributors to accelerate OEM business development.
- Monitor and analyze economic conditions, industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support business growth.
Krav
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Thermal Energy & Power Engineering, Process Equipment and Control Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in industrial equipment, such as air compressors, fluid machinery, or general industrial machinery.
- Strong ability to work independently.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
