ABB is looking for a Sales Engineer specializing in Instrumentation to drive sales and business development across the Małopolskie, Świętokrzyskie, and Podkarpackie regions in Poland. The role involves building customer relationships, leading commercial negotiations, and achieving sales targets for ABB's measurement and analytical solutions.

Ansvarsområden

  • Develop sales and actively identify new business opportunities within the assigned region.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships while ensuring an excellent customer experience throughout the sales process.
  • Lead commercial negotiations, prepare quotations, and achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with ABB’s technical and project teams to deliver optimal customer solutions and represent ABB at industry events and conferences.

Krav

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field, preferably Automation, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in technical sales, industrial solution sales, or a similar role.
  • Proven ability to build business relationships and conduct commercial negotiations.
  • Proactive approach to business development and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Good command of English and Polish, both written and spoken.
  • Valid driver's license (Category B) and willingness to travel regularly within the assigned region.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Knowledge of industrial automation and/or instrumentation products will be considered an advantage.
