  • Actively approach customers to identify needs and advise on home solutions.

  • Maintain a clean, tidy, priced, and fully stocked sales area.
  • Ensure IKEA basic merchandising standards are met.
  • Convey passion for IKEA products and share knowledge of features and benefits.
  • Understand store and department action plans and contribute to department goals.
  • Offer available IKEA services to customers for informed choices.
  • Lead or support commercial activities within the department.
  • Maximize sales while maintaining profitability by focusing on top-selling products.

  • Comfortable working on ladders and with heights.
  • Ability to prioritize and organize own work efficiently.
