Autoliv is seeking a Sales Business Control Advanced Specialist to manage key KPIs, prepare forecasts, and conduct strategic market analysis, focusing on the COEM business. The role requires collaboration across teams in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Ansvarsområden

  • Manage key business controlling KPIs (Revenue, CM, EBIT), ensuring accurate tracking, analysis, and performance monitoring.
  • Prepare and deliver rolling forecasts, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and income forecast.
  • Collaborate closely with BU, Finance, and cross-functional teams to drive business controlling activities, with a strong focus on COEM business.
  • Perform in-depth strategic analysis of markets, customers, and competitors, with particular focus on OEMs and industry trends.
  • Prepare management reports and presentations, and support data management, cross-functional coordination, and continuous process improvements.

Krav

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the manufacturing or automotive industry, or in a controlling-related role.
  • Strong analytical and data management skills, with experience in forecasting, performance tracking, and corporate strategy.
  • Strong communication skills, with proven ability to drive discussions and lead cross-functional or BU-level meetings.
  • Good analytical skills, attention to detail, and strong sense of responsibility.
  • Fast learner with a proactive attitude and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong PowerPoint skills are preferred.
