Ansvarsområden
- Support customers by offering help and guidance.
- Understand customers’ needs and recommend the best solutions for their homes.
- Use different IKEA sales and communication channels to serve customers effectively.
- Maintain a clean, organised, well-priced, and fully stocked sales area.
- Learn about IKEA products and confidently share product knowledge.
- Understand store and department goals and contribute to achieving them.
- Drive sales by promoting top-selling and priority products while supporting store profitability.
Krav
- Open to local candidates - Malaysian citizens
- Willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Looking for a long-term part-time role (more than 3 months).
- Good communication skills.
- Confident in approaching and speaking with customers.
- Customer-focused, business-minded, and results-driven.
- Well-disciplined, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Önskade kvalifikationer
- Experience in a customer service or retail environment is an advantage.
- Interested in people’s everyday life at home and home furnishing.
