IKEA Exeter seeks motivated, customer-focused Sales Assistants for part-time, permanent roles. This position involves active selling, providing friendly service, and contributing to sales growth in the Showroom and Market Hall. Ansvarsområden

  • Help customers enjoy a positive shopping experience by approaching them, learning their needs, and suggesting helpful options.
  • Be committed to the range, curious to learn about products and their design.
  • Contribute to sales growth by maintaining a clean area, ensuring products are priced, and keeping displays attractive and easy to navigate.
  • Work across Showroom and Market Hall.

  • Take initiative, handle several tasks with ease, and enjoy working as part of a team while also being able to work independently.
  • Have a customer-first mindset, making the customer feel valued and supported.
  • Be professional, make clear decisions, and use initiative daily.
  • Prioritize and organize own work efficiently with great attention to detail.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Experience in active selling is beneficial.
  • Comfortable providing friendly and helpful service to customers.
  • Availability to work between 08:00am - 21:00pm, including weekends (3 weekends out of 4 for most contracts).
  • Flexibility to match life and business needs can be discussed during the interview.
