IKEA Warrington is seeking enthusiastic Part-Time Sales Assistants to provide inspirational shopping experiences and expert advice to customers. The role involves maintaining showroom appearance, maximizing sales, and assisting customers with planning appointments using digital tools.
Ansvarsområden
- Provide an inspirational shopping experience for customers by actively approaching them to identify their needs and advising them on the best solutions for their life at home.
- Be enthusiastic about the range, curious to learn the stories behind the products and their design.
- Support maximizing sales by ensuring areas are clean, fully stocked, all products priced, well presented and easy to shop.
- Support customers through 30–40 minute personalised planning appointments using IKEA digital planning tools to create functional, well‑designed home solutions.
- Manual handling heavy products safely, using ladders and pump trucks.

- Skilled at forward planning, can handle several tasks at once with ease, and take pleasure in being a team member as well as fulfilling responsibilities on your own.
- Customer first mindset, where you make the customer feel valued and supported in everything you do.
- Take initiative, make well-informed choices, and actively engage with your daily tasks.
- Prioritise and organise your own work to make efficient use of the time available with great attention to detail.
- Efficient, results-driven, and highly organized.
- Proficient with IT and hand held equipment.
