IKEA Gateshead is hiring Part-Time Sales Assistants for their Showroom and Market Hall departments. In this role, you will assist customers in finding home solutions, maintain product displays, and ensure an excellent shopping experience. Multiple contracts are available with flexible hours.

Ansvarsområden

  • Provide an inspirational shopping experience by approaching customers to identify needs and advise on solutions.
  • Be enthusiastic about the product range and its design stories.
  • Support maximizing sales by ensuring assigned areas are clean, fully stocked, priced, and well-presented.
  • Assist customers with purchases, replenish stock, and create inspiring room settings.
  • Contribute to a positive shopping experience.

Krav

  • Skilled at forward planning and handling multiple tasks with ease.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Possess a customer-first mindset, making customers feel valued and supported.
  • Take initiative, make well-informed choices, and actively engage in daily tasks.
  • Prioritize and organize own work efficiently with great attention to detail.
  • Willingness to work 3/4 days per week including 3 weekends out of 4.
