Ansvarsområden

  • Provide application and technical support to global sales teams.
  • Perform valve sizing and selection.
  • Resolve field issues and deliver product presentations.
  • Act as a liaison between the sales network and product business units.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer to internal engineering teams.
  • Lead pricing discussions and set pricing in alignment with divisional objectives.
  • Visit customers to promote new technology and support the sales channel.
  • Coordinate technical training and industry schools.
  • Collaborate with sales engineers, product engineers, and marketing managers.
  • Review commercial terms and conditions for contracts.
  • Expedite and advance key customer complaints for timely resolution.
  • Understand the complete Fisher portfolio, including new products and instrumentation.

Krav

  • BS in Engineering or a qualified technical 4-year degree and combined experience.
  • Experience working on teams.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Business insight.
  • Open to travel.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States; sponsorship is not provided.
