Ansvarsområden
- Manage customer orders through the company ERP system and coordinate with the Operations team.
- Maintain and develop relationships with assigned customers, sales representatives, and distributors through regular visits.
- Promote and support sales of equipment, spare parts, services, and system solutions.
- Prepare technical and commercial quotations, proposals, and recommendations for pumping solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and respond to customer inquiries.
- Deliver technical and commercial presentations, demonstrations, and customer training.
- Conduct technical training sessions for internal teams when needed.
- Continuously develop product and technology knowledge to support customers effectively.
- Monitor market trends and customer investment plans to identify business opportunities.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement sales and market growth strategies.
Krav
- Proven experience in B2B sales and application engineering.
- Familiarity with the industrial market environment.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferentially in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
- Proficiency in English.
Önskade kvalifikationer
- Background in the pump industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Spanish language skills are considered a valuable asset.
