As a Supply Chain Consultant in the IMU S&C team, you will help organizations transform their supply chains for the future. This role focuses on strategic cost reduction, sourcing optimization, and implementing digital solutions to improve efficiency and resilience.

Ansvarsområden

Deliver Sourcing and Procurement transformation projects in areas of strategic cost reduction, sourcing optimization, procurement transformation, and intelligent procurement using tools like Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, and O9 Solutions.
Understand client business, priorities, and leadership agenda.
Implement automation in order processing, warehouse management, and transportation to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors.
Reduce costs across sourcing, procurement, logistics, and warehousing.
Gain real-time visibility into the supply chain to identify bottlenecks, track shipments, and respond to disruptions.
Co-create with the client, articulate transformation, and drive the innovation agenda.
Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to client leadership through in-depth understanding of the client and industry cross-functional experience in digital supply chain planning and procurement.
Build networks within Accenture to bring the best of the company to the client.
Design and build assets that distinguish Accenture capabilities and drive additional business.

Krav

Minimum 7 years of relevant experience required.
Proven experience across industries like Consumer Goods, Life Sciences, Automotive, Manufacturing with in-depth digital supply chain expertise.
Experience handling clients, especially in the Indian market.
Demonstrated expertise in cost optimization by leveraging technology for efficiency, visibility, and streamlined operations.
Experience of 8 years in consulting with domestic consulting experience preferred.
Strong program management skills including budget management, project planning, time management, communication, decision-making, presentation, and organization.
Ability to solve complex business problems and deliver client delight.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Cross-cultural competence with an ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Önskade kvalifikationer

B.Tech/BE with a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or post graduate degree in management (PGDM) is preferred.
Strong educational background.
Proven track record of delivering impactful solutions in the Digital Supply Chain Space.
