Amazon is seeking an RME Coordinator in Hyderabad, Telangana to manage overall facility engineering, controls, and administrative activities. Responsibilities include hands-on electrical troubleshooting, maintenance of conveyor and automation systems, vendor coordination, and managing soft services. This role requires experience in electrical/mechanical systems and a customer-focused approach to support production.

Ansvarsområden

  • Oversee overall Facility (Engineering and Controls) & Admin activities.
  • Perform industrial electrical hands-on troubleshooting (480V 3-phase, 110 VAC, 24VDC).
  • Identify, maintain, and troubleshoot I/Os and network components.
  • Modify motor controls, including starters, VFDs, and DC drives.
  • Perform daily, weekly, monthly technical checks per PPM schedule.
  • Attend TT calls for corrective maintenance, service, and repair works.
  • Coordinate with vendors for systems under warranty/AMC.
  • Monitor energy consumption and perform DG maintenance.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot all conveyor systems, electrical and mechanical.
  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot power distribution systems, lighting, transformers, and wiring.
  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams, control components (photo eyes, sensors, drives, etc.).
  • Support production in a safe, customer-focused manner.
  • Perform minor refurbishment and upgrade works for building finishes, fixtures, and equipment.
  • Conduct regular checks of fire alarm systems and fire extinguishers.
  • Perform maintenance, oiling, and greasing of carts, trolleys, pumps, and rolling shutters.
  • Attend regular electrical works and issue hot work permits.
  • Handle minor civil & plumbing corrective maintenance calls.
  • Provide daily reports on TT closures, open cases, and RCA.
  • Update tools inventory.
  • Perform PPM schedule maintenance.
  • Manage soft services activities like pest control, housekeeping, and waste disposal.
  • Handle agency staff and overall shift operations.

Krav

  • Experience in Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics and Communication/Instrumentation and Controls.
  • Industrial electrical hands-on experience and troubleshooting, including 480V 3-phase, 110 VAC, and 24VDC systems.
  • Experience identifying, maintaining, troubleshooting, at field level I/Os and network components.
  • Experience modifying Motor Controls including motor starters, Variable Frequency Drives, DC drives, and standard electrical components.
  • Ability to install, maintain, and troubleshoot power distribution systems, branch circuits, lighting systems, transformers, and wiring methods and material.
  • Ability to install, maintain, and troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams, control components-- photo eyes, motor starters, relays, limit switches, proximity sensors, timers, solenoids, Servo drives, frequency inverters, linear drives, tacks, and encoders.
  • Dedicated to supporting production by working in a safe, customer focused manner.
  • Minor Civil & Plumbing Corrective maintenance calls.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Knowledge in Sortation systems and ASRS (Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems) will be an added advantage.
  • 1+ years of conveyors/automation/control systems maintenance experience.
