Amazon's Inventory Trust team is looking for an experienced Risk Specialist to manage complex investigations and high-judgment decisions regarding unsuitable inventory in Fulfillment Centres. The role requires basic SQL and Advanced Excel knowledge to identify bad actors and mitigate risks through process improvements.

Ansvarsområden

Perform investigations to identify bad actors with unsuitable inventory in Fulfillment Centres.
Mitigate risk through continuous process improvement, enforcement review, risk mining, and queueing improvements.
Create and update learning modules to ensure the best customer experience.
Identify and manage small to mid-scale process improvement opportunities.
Communicate with business leaders using data and resolve issues with minimal guidance.
Work with Program Managers, Risk Managers/Business Analysts to create mechanisms and strategies for program goals.
Track and report progress on key program goals.
Adhere to set targets for productivity and quality.
Manage escalations on routine tasks with minimal supervision.
Learn new tools, SOPs, and processes with minimal supervision.
Demonstrate effective writing and stakeholder management skills.

Krav

Bachelor's degree.
18 months of investigations experience as a Sr. Investigator, OR 12 months experience in bad actor investigations/POE/CDT/Risk mining as a Sr. Investigator.
6 months of experience working with SQL and Advanced Excel.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Document vetting experience related to supply chain verification is preferred.
Proven ability to work with upstream teams to fix process gaps is preferred.
Ability to support business owners in creating detailed investigation summaries related to escalations is preferred.
