Amazon Digital Services is seeking a Risk Manager II in Bengaluru, India. This role involves leading projects for controllership improvements, driving quality control, and managing operational and design effectiveness of finance processes and controls. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in risk management, assurance, or internal audit within regulated environments.

Ansvarsområden

  • Lead projects to drive controllership improvements across Finance Operations.
  • Drive quality control measures to ensure accuracy and compliance in finance operations processes.
  • Develop, modify, and maintain the operational and design effectiveness of Finance Operations process and controls.
  • Manage Internal Audit, SOC Audits, SOX Compliance & ITGC Audits.
  • Identify gaps across end-to-end processes and partner to implement solutions that mitigate risks.
  • Advise the Finance Operations team by assessing risks and controls.
  • Coordinate with multiple teams (AP, AR, R2R, Tax) to ensure best practices.
  • Partner with control owners to facilitate responses to internal and external auditors.
  • Ensure standardization of Finance Operations policy creation, modification, and maintenance.

Krav

  • 2+ years of performing financial and ad hoc analysis using data reporting tools.
  • Extensive experience in risk management, assurance, internal audit or related control functions, ideally within financial services or other regulated environments.
  • Knowledge of enterprise risk management frameworks, risk governance and assurance practices.
  • Ability to translate risk insights into effective audit and assurance plans.
  • Good business modeling skills.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Good track record of collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
  • Capable of operating with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Comfort with ambiguity.
  • High bar on performance.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Big 4 experience and/or equivalent Internal audit, SOX Compliance, SOC Audits, business controls experience.
