We are seeking a Risk and Compliance Manager for Greater China to strengthen our risk management system, conduct investigations, and ensure compliance with regulations. This role involves close collaboration with various teams and requires strong communication and analytical skills.
Ansvarsområden
- Conduct investigations by mobilizing internal or external resources and expertise, engaging with senior management.
- Strengthen the risk management system through regular risk assessment, developing mitigations, and monitoring execution.
- Collaborate with line organizations and group functions to set risk and compliance standards and implement measures.
- Develop recommendations for process and system changes to minimize risk and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Monitor new threats and developments in the compliance area at national and regional levels.
- Establish training plans, conduct trainings, and promote compliance awareness programs.
Krav
- University degree or equivalent competence through work experience in risk management, crisis management, or similar.
- Good communication skills in Chinese and English (verbal and written).
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Several years of experience in security management, information security management, crisis management, or similar.
Önskade kvalifikationer
- Experience from working for a global company.
- Risk management and forensic and investigation experience.
- Good understanding of Engineering business processes, including supply chain.
- Experience from working with incident handling and/or incident investigations.
- Ability to build and maintain networks and good relations inside and outside the organization.
