Ansvarsområden
- Serve as the subject matter expert for product handling and reverse processes.
- Lead the returns program and drive performance improvements across key Reverse Logistics KPIs.
- Analyze Reverse Logistics KPIs, identify trends, quantify impact, and drive corrective actions.
- Manage travel schedules and conduct regular visits to regional distribution centers, customer locations, and other sites.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with regional distribution centers and cross-functional business partners.
- Serve as an escalation point for operational, quality, compliance, customer, and system-related issues.
- Partner with RDCs to develop and execute damage reduction, inventory optimization, and scrap reduction initiatives.
- Review operational dashboards and audit findings to identify risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
- Lead damage reduction efforts through data-driven analysis and collaboration.
- Work with Quality teams to evaluate packaging design and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Provide ongoing training, coaching, and influence RDC teams to reinforce best practices.
- Identify, evaluate, and implement process improvement opportunities across Reverse Logistics operations.
- Review and refine guidelines, processes, and policies.
- Foster a culture of inclusion, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Maintain safe work and travel practices.
Krav
- Bachelor's degree, preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in a supply chain role or function.
- Intermediate level proficiency in MS Office software applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
- EMS Green Gear Certification (or equivalent), preferred.
- Strong analytical rigor, including advanced root cause analysis, KPI development, dashboard interpretation, and the ability to translate trends into actionable insights.
- Ability to develop creative, compliant solutions for scratch‑and‑dent recovery and deliver measurable cost‑reduction results.
- Strong influencing skills with the ability to build alignment across functions and channels with competing priorities.
- Ability to travel up to 25%
