As a Retail Warehouse Associate at IKEA in Tampa, Florida, you will be responsible for contributing to efficient order fulfillment, ensuring product availability, and managing inbound goods. This part-time role involves handling products, operating equipment, and maintaining inventory accuracy while working in a retail environment that requires weekend availability. Ansvarsområden

  • Contribute to fulfilling customer orders in different sales channels by ensuring efficient product availability and replenishment.
  • Receive inbound goods and ensure inventory accuracy at the point of receiving.
  • Move product to its final selling location (storage or sales floor).
  • Perform sales space replenishment according to visual merchandising guidance.
  • Select goods for customers within the agreed timeframe to ensure excellent customer experience.
  • Certify all powered mobile equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
  • Handle goods, including unloading, transporting, replenishing, stocking, picking, and loading.
  • Operate scanner equipment and inventory management tools, including IT systems.
  • Contribute to an environment where IKEA's culture embraces diversity.

Krav

  • Ability to work nights and weekends.
  • Must be able to certify all powered mobile equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks.
  • Must be able to operate scanner equipment and inventory management tools.
