IKEA is hiring a Part-Time Retail Warehouse Associate in Houston, Texas. This role involves contributing to order fulfillment, managing inventory, and replenishing sales floor stock. The position offers a pay range of $19.96 to $25.45 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package.

Ansvarsområden

  • Contribute to the fulfillment of customer orders in different sales channels.
  • Ensure efficient product availability and replenishment.
  • Receive inbound goods and ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Move product to final selling location (storage or sales floor).
  • Perform sales space replenishment according to visual merchandising guidance.
  • Pick and prepare customer orders within the agreed timeframe.
  • Handle goods including unloading, transporting, and stocking.
  • Operate scanner equipment and inventory management tools.
  • Certify all powered mobile equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks.

Krav

  • 2 years of experience in high volume warehouse or receiving/replenishment.
  • Ability to lift, push/pull, slide/transfer, and carry occasionally (up to 50lbs).
  • Certification in at least one power mobile equipment (forklift, electric pallet jack, etc.) preferred.
