As a Retail Store Associate focusing on IKEA Food in Phoenix, Arizona, you will assist customers, maintain store standards, and process sales. This full-time permanent role involves food preparation, safe handling, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Ansvarsområden

  • Actively approach customers requiring additional help, identify their needs and advise them on the best solutions.
  • Keep area of responsibility clean, tidy, priced and fully stocked, ensuring IKEA basic merchandising standards.
  • Convey passion about IKEA products and actively learn about their features and benefits.
  • Build furniture as needed for In Shape As New, introduction of new products, commercial calendar implementation and remodels.
  • Prepare, produce, and maintain IKEA Food menu items; serve all IKEA Food menu items; follow procedures and guidelines for safe food handling, cleanliness and sanitation, and workplace safety.
  • Receive inbound goods and ensure inventory accuracy at the point of receiving.
  • Flow product to final selling location.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide customers with a simple and efficient Full Serve Hand Out experience.
  • Provide the customer with a simple and smooth returns and exchange experience.

Krav

  • The pay range for this role is: $18.50-$26.14
  • The successful candidate may be required to complete a background check and a drug test as a condition of employment for this role.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Experience in IKEA Food or similar retail/food service environment is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
