Ansvarsområden

  • Actively approach customers needing help, identify their needs, and advise on home solutions.
  • Keep assigned areas clean, tidy, priced, and fully stocked, adhering to IKEA merchandising standards.
  • Convey passion for IKEA products, learn their features and benefits, and share knowledge with customers.
  • Build furniture for 'In Shape As New', new product introductions, commercial calendar implementation, and remodels.
  • Prepare, produce, and serve IKEA Food menu items, following safe food handling, cleanliness, and safety guidelines.
  • Receive inbound goods and ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Flow product to its final selling location.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide customers with a simple and efficient Full Serve Hand Out experience.
  • Offer a simple and smooth returns and exchange experience for customers.

Krav

  • 1 year of retail experience, preferably in the home furnishing sector.
  • Experience in actively selling through understanding customers and their needs.
  • Full open availability required for full-time associates.
  • Full weekend availability required for part-time associates.
  • Full open availability for 90-180 days required for seasonal full-time associates.
