As a Retail Sales Keyholder in Sarasota, you will optimize the shopping experience and maximize retail sales by providing interior design guidance and selling specialized home furnishing solutions. You will also oversee daily operations, ensure a safe work environment, and drive customer loyalty through excellent service.

Ansvarsområden

  • Provide guidance on layout, color, style, and accessories using interior design knowledge.
  • Sell specialized home furnishing solutions like kitchens, bath, and storage systems.
  • Create customer relationships to identify needs and provide support.
  • Apply measurement techniques and planning knowledge for accurate customer orders.
  • Ensure the sales team is customer-centric to provide a great shopping experience.
  • Oversee day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing duties.
  • Maintain a safe and secure work environment, handling escalated customer issues and emergencies.
  • Partner with Safety & Security to ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Implement working routines and follow up on Commercial Review and Compliance (ASR).
  • Perform goods flow and customer handout operations efficiently.

Krav

  • Previous retail selling experience.
  • Experience in a consultative sales environment.
  • Experience leading change initiatives and building new programs in a retail space.
  • Background check and drug test required.
