Ansvarsområden

  • Provide guidance on layout, color, style, and accessories for residential and business customers.
  • Sell specialized home furnishing solutions like kitchens, baths, and storage systems.
  • Create relationships with customers to identify needs and provide support.
  • Apply measurement techniques and understanding of planning, design, and construction for accurate orders.
  • Ensure the sales team is customer-centric to provide a great shopping experience.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, including opening and closing duties.
  • Maintain a safe and secure work environment, handling escalated customer issues and emergencies.
  • Partner with Safety & Security to ensure adherence to policies regarding inventory, safety, cash, credit, and audits.
  • Ensure implementation of working routines and competence development related to the role.
  • Perform goods flow and customer handout operations efficiently using available systems.

Krav

  • Previous retail selling experience.
  • Experience in a consultative sales environment.
  • Experience leading change initiatives and building new programs in a retail space.
  • Requires open availability seven days a week.

  • Experience in designing kitchen and bath is preferred.
