Join IKEA as a Retail Sales Associate in Atlanta, GA. You will assist customers, provide expert advice on home furnishing solutions, and maintain the sales floor. This part-time role offers 12-20 hours per week with a pay range of $18.67 - $23.81 per hour.

Ansvarsområden

  • Assisting customers and providing advice on the best solutions for their homes.
  • Keeping your sales floor tidy, priced and fully stocked to give customers a positive shopping experience.
  • Acting as an expert and consultant on a broad range of home furnishing solutions, products and services to inspire and inform customers.
  • Guiding customers toward top-selling and prioritized products.
  • Assembling display products for the introduction of new products.

Krav

  • Must be able to work nights & weekends.
  • Must work min. 20 hrs/wk for Medical and Rx plans.

  • Understanding of the IKEA product range, local markets and customer needs.
  • Ability to find new ways of making real connections with customers to maximize sales and profitability.
