IKEA is seeking a Part-Time Retail Carts Attendant in Burbank, California, to ensure an enjoyable shopping experience by providing efficient car loading/unloading services and maintaining shopping tools. This role involves addressing customer needs, supporting other customer service areas, and contributing to a diverse and inclusive work environment.

Ansvarsområden

  • Provide friendly and efficient car loading and/or unloading services while keeping the loading zone clean.
  • Ensure all physical shopping tools are adequately stocked and maintained throughout the store during business hours.
  • Fill physical shopping tools at closing.
  • Monitor the condition of physical and digital shopping tools, report IT issues, and remove unsafe stands or tools.
  • Address customer needs, resolve issues independently, and escalate matters to a manager when needed.
  • Support in other customer service areas such as Full Serve Hand Out (FSHO), Exchanges & Returns, Click & Collect as needed.
  • Create a positive customer experience by ensuring accurate order handoff during Click & Collect.
  • Contribute to an environment where the IKEA culture embraces diversity.

Krav

  • Lifting up to 50lbs and walking frequently.
  • Working outdoors 50% of the time.

  • Ability to work a fully open schedule including evenings and weekends.
