Ansvarsområden
- Conduct research in theoretical computer science, algorithms for approximate nearest neighbor search, erasure coding for distributed storage, and theoretical aspects of Large Language Models.
- Collaborate with fellow doctoral candidates and world-class researchers.
- Present findings and contribute to the research community.
- Work closely with assigned mentors during the 12-week internship.
- Connect theoretical work to practical challenges and real-world impact.
Krav
- Currently enrolled in a Doctorate Degree program in Computer Science, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, or a related STEM field.
- Physically located in the manager’s Microsoft worksite location for the duration of the internship.
- Submission of a minimum of two reference letters, a cover letter, and relevant work or research samples.

- Some publications at top theoretical computer science (CS) or machine learning (ML) conferences (STOC, FOCS, SODA, NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, etc.) or top journals.
