Tetra Pak seeks an experienced Replenishment Manager for their Planning & Quality department in Lund, Sweden. This role involves leading a team of 10 professionals to manage replenishment operations, purchasing, and continuous process improvements, focusing on automation and digitalization within the global supply network.

Ansvarsområden

Lead a team of 10 professionals responsible for replenishment operations, purchasing, and continuous process improvements.
Ensure excellent parts availability for customers worldwide.
Drive the next generation of replenishment capabilities through automation and digitalization.
Contribute to shaping the future direction of the global supply network as a member of the Planning & Quality management team.
Manage team performance through KPIs, budget, and structured performance management.
Ensure effective sourcing for parts where an established supplier setup is not yet in place.

Krav

Several years of successful people leadership experience.
Experience from supply chain planning, replenishment, purchasing, or a similar field.
A customer-focused mindset combined with a drive for continuous improvement.
Strong analytical capability and a data-driven mindset.
Experience with digital tools and technologies such as Power BI, automation, and analytics platforms.
The ability to lead change and challenge established ways of working.
University degree or equivalent relevant experience.
Excellent communication skills and fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Experience with WCM methodologies and tools is considered an advantage.
