Krav

  • Passion for the home furnishing retail industry and ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
  • Polite, friendly demeanor, and the ability to remain calm under pressure when dealing with customer emotions.
  • Good decision-making and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Experience in face-to-face customer service and after-sales service is a plus.
