This role involves condition monitoring, bad actor identification, RCM, and FMEA analyses, requiring a Bachelor/master's degree in engineering and proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
Ansvarsområden
- Perform remote monitoring of customers fleet in terms of telemetry, maintenance, logistics data to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide engineering, human-reliability factors, process, and systemic solutions to complex reliability & asset availability challenges.
- Statistically analyze equipment/asset performance to assess functional system reliability, asset availability, equipment maintainability, process safety & environment.
- Translate reliability opportunities into bottom-line cost savings & top-line growth by implementing reliability improvement programs.
- Support the continued development and administration of analytical platforms and applications for data reporting, analysis, and visualization.
Krav
- Bachelor/master’s degree in engineering.
- Knowledge of machine operations and performance preferably in mining environment.
- Working knowledge of reading and interpreting mechanical, hydraulic and electrical schematics.
- Proficient with interpreting results from complex technical analyses and presenting results in an actionable form.
- Proficient in heavy duty equipment maintenance and applications.
- Basic understanding of data visualisation tools.
- Proficient knowledge of Mobile equipment Operations and Processes.
- High interest towards advanced analytics.
- Experience from machine telemetry solutions.
- Ability to comprehend complex technical concepts quickly and focus on priorities.
- Ability to speak and write in English.
- Willingness to travel.
